We are pleased to share highlights from World Cleanup Day 2026, marked together with our friends and partners.The Estonian Embassy in Tbilisi, together with our valued partner, social enterprise ორბის ბუდე (Vulture’s Nest) organized a cleanup action in Tetritskaro municipality. We were honored to be joined by colleagues from the Latvian, Lithuanian, Danish and Swedish embassies, as well as local young people, in cleaning heavily polluted areas of the “Bears Forest.” (300 bags of litter collected.)
The event continued with an informal gathering at Orbis Bude in Samshvilde village, home to the stunning Samshvilde Canyon. The founder of the enterprise, which is just beginning to welcome visitors, shared its vision of fostering an informed and nature-conscious local community.The guests also had the opportunity to try traditional lavash bread-making and enjoy local dishes.
